INTERNSHIPS

The Printing Museum offers internships to undergraduate and/or graduate students during the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Motivated students interested in gaining professional experience in a thriving museum are encouraged to apply. Internships are in the following subject areas:

  • Collections, Archives, & Cataloging
  • Education and Interpretation
  • Communications / Digital Media
  • Oral History Project
  • Digitization

DURATION
Internships are 10-13 weeks to be mutually determined during these periods:

  • Spring (January–May)
  • Summer (June–August)
  • Fall* (September–December)

HOURS
Interns will work 10-15 hours per week, the weekly schedule to be mutually determined.

CREDIT/STIPEND
Students must receive course credit for fall and spring internships. Stipends are available for summer internships.

HOW TO APPLY
Internship applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Interested candidates should upload a cover letter (indicating their area of interest) and resume as one combined PDF file.
