The Printing Museum joins Museums for All to increase accessibility of high-quality museum learning resources

Museums for All logo

The Printing Museum is a proud participant of the Museums for All program. Museums for All is a signature access program of the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to encourage families of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum habits. Museums for All is part of the The Printing Museum’s broad commitment to seek, include, and welcome all audiences.

Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free or reduced admission to more than 800 museums throughout the United States simply by presenting their SNAP EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer) card. Since the launch of the initiative in 2014/2015, Museums for All has served more than 3.5 million visitors nationwide.

At The Printing Museum, the program provides low-income families FREE general admission with the presentation of an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card or Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) card and matching photo ID.

  • For up to four guests per EBT card.
  • Offer only valid for general admission; does not include special events, tours, or workshops.
  • Available during normal operating hours. With the exception of building closures, there are no blackout dates.

Visitor FAQs

Do I need to register for anything?
No. Visitors do not need to register for anything. You can just go to a participating museum, show your SNAP EBT card and a photo ID, and you will receive the Museums for All admission rate. You can go back as many times as you wish—there’s no limit.

Can I use my SNAP EBT card in another state?
Yes! Museums participating in Museums for All will accept SNAP EBT cards from any state. If you live in one state, but want to visit a participating museum in a different state, you can!
