Experimental Risograph
June 12 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
DATES
(This workshop will be held in two parts):
Sunday June 12: 1:00 – 4:00pm
Monday June 13: 6:00 – 9:00pm
All times are US/Central time zone
Explore unconventional approaches to the Risograph! In this workshop we will work exclusively on the scanner bed of the Risograph, where images are converted to grayscale and printed in vibrant colors to create exciting overlay possibilities. For source images we will use drawings along with objects and printed images. In addition to combining materials, this workshop will also cover other features such as the enlarge function and contrast adjustments to achieve various spectrums of color.
Successful completion of the class certifies students to reserve the Risograph during Open Studio.
