Introduction to Linocut

Learn about the tools, techniques, and materials to successfully cut your own illustrations into linoleum blocks! In this workshop, you will learn the basics of block printing: how to transfer your design, how to choose the correct tool-tip, carving tips and tricks, managing ink and paper, and how to successfully pull a print. By the end of class you’ll be ready to continue printing confidently or sign-up for further workshops to gain advanced cutting techniques. Ages 16+. No experience required.
