Decorative Paste Papers

April 2 @ 1:00 pm 4:00 pm

Paste paper is a fun and playful way to make gorgeous papers with designs and patterns. It’s like finger-painting for adults! A specially prepared paste is mixed with paint, and spread over a paper. Using tools like your fingers, scrapers, sponges, a wood graining tool, stamps, bubble wrap, designs are made into the paste. After drying, the design is absorbed into the paper and is flat. You can use these papers in book arts, junk journals, mixed media collage, card-making, stationery etc.

Beginner-level. Ages 13+

Registration: $85. Members receive a 10% discount. Become a member today! Members must log in to activate the discount. If you don’t have a login, please contact us at info[at]printingmuseum.org.
