Cyanotype photograms

Learn to make photographic prints without a camera, using the water-based cyanotype process and sunshine! We will make prints using objects and transparencies to create images called “photograms”. All cyanotype chemicals and paper will be provided. Caroline will demonstrate coating the paper as well as bringing ready-coated paper so that you can get started right away!
Ages: 16+.
This class serves as a prerequisite for advanced cyanotype classes.
Materials: Lots of objects and transparencies will be provided but you are also encouraged to bring your own! Relatively flat objects such as fabrics, lace, feathers, plants work very well.
