The Printing Museum offers private classes for beginners to advanced artists who want to build skills in the following book arts disciplines:
- Papermaking – On hold through August
- Letterpress printing – On hold through August
- Printmaking – On hold through August
- Risograph – On hold through August
Instructors design a curriculum to fit the needs of each student. These classes can count as pre-requisites for advanced level workshops and Studio rental certification.
COVID PROTOCOLS
Due to the interactive nature of private one-on-one instruction, we ask that all registrants comply with the following protocols to ensure the safety and the safety of registrants, instructors, and staff. Registrants are encouraged to:
- Stay home and reschedule the tutorial if they are feeling sick
- Wear masks
When
Tuesday through Saturday. Times vary depending on the availability of the instructor.
Fees
Papermaking: $50/hour with a 3-hour minimum, supplies included.
Letterpress: $50/hour with a 4-hour minimum, supplies included.
Up to one guest (13 and older) is allowed for an additional $25/hr.
Booking
Private classes are on hold through the month of August.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
In the event you need to cancel due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule your class at no cost if canceled 48 hours or more prior to the start of your tutorial. If canceled less than 48 hours you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee.
